Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus four years of experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with eight years of experience.
• Three years of software support or implementation experience (healthcare preferred).
• Two years of hospital or professional healthcare coding workflow experience.
• Two years in a client-facing implementation role.
• Knowledge of 3M/Solventum 360 Encompass Professional products.
• EMR implementation experience.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deploy and configure Solventum products and deliver project milestones.
• Assess current state coding and visit workflows to align with project objectives.
• Configure, test, and validate Solventum Revenue Cycle environments.
• Lead issue resolution with clients and internal teams, and manage change control.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting with support teams.
• Train system administrators and end users on Solventum products.
