Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Implementation Technical Engineer to manage multi-functional projects, deploy and support Fluency and CDI product lines, and ensure client success.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to design deployment solutions, perform testing, and deliver effective presentations. Remote work with up to 30% travel domestically or internationally is expected, and the compensation range reflects market levels for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field with at least five years of IT support or implementation experience.
• OR a high school diploma/GED with at least ten years in IT support.
• Experience with design, configuration and deployment of server-based client deployment models.
• Experience with virtual desktop technologies.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic, Meditech, Cerner).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Solventum products in Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity Solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to design deployment solutions and manage deployment changes.
• Work with third-party vendors to integrate products with other systems.
• Support cross-functional and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver client-facing presentations and guides to ensure success.
• Participate in cross-team projects to ensure best practices.
