Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive (Workplace Infrastructure) to drive healthcare infrastructure solutions across commercial and government hospital markets.

This remote role covers the Western States and requires up to 75% travel within the territory. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the Draeger experience aligns with customer workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales or marketing experience.
• Proven ability to teach, simplify complex concepts, and build trust.
• Experience in strategic, complex selling and lead generation (cold calling).
• Strong analytical and relational skills; consultative selling mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional representation.
• Proficient in MS Office, 3D tools, and CRM forecasting.
• Able to engage with C-suite, project managers, and clinical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large hospital expansions or major remodels.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Attain sales quota in the assigned territory for commercial and government hospital business.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans with the Area Sales Director.
• Align Drager solutions with customer workflows and technical requirements.
• Collaborate across Service, Marketing, and Customer Support for a unified experience.
• Contribute to territory strategy, market development, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure interactions from installation to post-sale support build trust.
• Maintain customer information related to sales activity, funnel management, and forecasting.
