Job summary

Harris seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Harris Secure Connect and Doc-Tor.com within healthcare technology and revenue cycle management. This is a remote role open to candidates in the U.S. or Canada.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, prospect new opportunities, present compelling value, and build relationships with healthcare providers and strategic partners while leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales within the healthcare industry.
• Proven success achieving or exceeding sales quotas and objectives.
• Experience sourcing and closing new logo business through outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage prospective customers via outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings).
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities within healthcare providers, billing companies, revenue cycle management firms, and healthcare tech vendors.
• Conduct discovery meetings to identify challenges and objectives.
