Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development, sales, or account executive experience in healthcare.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience sourcing and closing new logo business via outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and engage prospective customers via outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Deliver pricing, proposals and ROI business cases; lead product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms and collaborate on pricing and approvals; build executive-level relationships.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular forecasts and updates.
