LLH Healthcare is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand markets, build relationships with brokers, leaders, universities, and strategic partners, and drive growth. You will report to the Vice President of National Sales and collaborate on market strategy and initiatives.

In this role you will manage a robust sales pipeline, deliver tailored presentations, and contribute to strategic opportunities. A strong B2B sales record and executive communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in business development, sales, consulting, or related field.
• Proven sales record in B2B with quotas, prospecting, relationship development and closing.
• Must be licensed or obtain your license during the first 4 months of training.
• Strong verbal presentation skillsets.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, maintain an organized sales pipeline, work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Learn and confidently present the LLH Healthcare Program to organizational leadership.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations tailored to each prospective organization.
• Develop opportunities within LLH's verticals and identify new markets with growth potential.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to develop effective strategies and customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information within the CRM.
• Participate in conferences, networking events, and client meetings as directed.
• Work with team members to gain knowledge and contribute value.
