LLH Healthcare is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive growth in new markets, build relationships with brokers and organizational leaders, and contribute to LLH’s expanding footprint.

This remote, US-based role reports to the Vice President of National Sales and features a base salary of 75,000–100,000 with substantial variable compensation. You’ll develop opportunities, manage a disciplined pipeline, and deliver tailored presentations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in business development or sales.
• Proven sales record in B2B, achieving quotas or goals, prospecting, relationship development, and closing.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and independent prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Learn and confidently present the LLH Healthcare Program to organizational leadership.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations tailored to the needs of each prospective organization.
• Develop opportunities within LLH's strategic verticals while identifying new markets with growth potential.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline from initial discovery through presentation, consideration, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and team members to develop effective strategies and customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate and timely activity, opportunity, and pipeline information within the CRM.
• Participate in conferences, networking events, client meetings, and other strategic opportunities as directed.
