LLH Healthcare is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our national presence from a remote base. You’ll develop relationships with brokers, universities, and organizational leaders to create opportunities across the country, building connections and identifying strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in business development, B2B sales, or consulting.
• Proven success achieving sales goals and closing deals.
• Experience with prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and prospecting.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with prospective clients, brokers, strategic partners, and organizational leaders.
• Learn the LLH Healthcare Program and confidently communicate its value to prospective organizations.
• Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations tailored to each organization's needs.
• Develop opportunities within established strategic verticals while identifying new markets and areas for expansion.
• Manage the full business development cycle from initial outreach and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Partner with internal leadership and team members to develop effective strategies and customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity, and pipeline information.
• Represent LLH Healthcare at conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
