Job summary

LLH Healthcare is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to develop new markets, build meaningful relationships, and drive growth across strategic verticals. You’ll work with leadership on market strategy and training while expanding opportunities via brokers, universities, and organizations.

You will identify opportunities, manage a robust sales pipeline, and present LLH Healthcare Program to senior leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
3+ years of demonstrated business development, sales, or related experience.
Proven B2B sales record with quotas, prospecting, relationship development and closing.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
Present the LLH Healthcare Program to organizational leadership.
Deliver virtual and in-person presentations tailored to each organization.
Manage a disciplined sales pipeline from discovery through close.
Collaborate with leadership to craft strategies and solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline data.
Participate in conferences, meetings, and strategic opportunities.
