Job summary

LLH Healthcare is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to expand new markets and build lasting relationships with brokers, leaders, and university partners across the healthcare sector.

You will work under the Vice President of National Sales, shaping market strategy and driving opportunities from discovery to close while leveraging virtual and in-person presentations to articulate LLH's value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in business development, sales, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven sales record in B2B, achieving quotas or goals, prospecting, relationship development, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and independent prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Learn and confidently present the LLH Healthcare Program to organizational leadership.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations tailored to the needs of each prospective organization.
• Develop opportunities within LLH's strategic verticals while identifying new markets with growth potential.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline from initial discovery through presentation, consideration, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and team members to develop effective strategies and customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate and timely activity, opportunity, and pipeline information within the CRM.
• Participate in conferences, networking events, client meetings, and other strategic opportunities as directed.
• Work alongside experienced team members on existing opportunities to gain knowledge, and contribute value.
