Job summary

LLH Healthcare is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our national footprint from a remote setting. You will identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and present LLH's value proposition to universities, brokers, and partners.

Training and leadership support are provided, with travel as needed. Success comes from building strong networks, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with leadership to grow markets across the country.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, B2B sales, consulting, or related field.
• Proven success meeting sales goals and developing new business.
• Experience with prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, and closing.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain required license within four months of training.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and events.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and independent prospecting.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, brokers, strategic partners, and organizational leaders.
• Learn the LLH Healthcare Program and confidently communicate its value to prospective organizations.
• Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations tailored to each organization's needs.
• Develop opportunities within established strategic verticals while helping identify new markets and areas for expansion.
• Manage the full business development cycle from initial outreach and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Partner with internal leadership and team members to develop effective strategies and customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate and timely activity, opportunity, and pipeline information within the CRM.
• Represent LLH Healthcare at conferences, networking events, client meetings, and other strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with experienced team members on existing opportunities while building the knowledge and relationships needed to independently grow your market.
