Job summary

LLH Healthcare is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Manager in Providence, RI to develop new markets and build meaningful relationships with brokers, business leaders, and universities. You will report to the Vice President of National Sales and help shape market strategy through presentations and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate thrives on networking, is coachable, competitive, and eager to translate opportunities into growth with a strong sales pipeline and CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, consulting, or related field.
• Proven B2B sales record with quotas or goals, prospecting, and closing.
• Must be licensed or obtain license during first 4 months of training.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Learn and confidently present the LLH Healthcare Program to organizational leadership.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations tailored to each prospective organization.
• Develop opportunities within LLH's verticals and identify new markets with growth potential.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies and customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate activity, opportunity, and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Participate in conferences and client meetings as directed.
• Learn from experienced team members and contribute value.
