Job summary

LLH Healthcare seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand markets and build strategic relationships. This remote role is based in Baltimore, MD and reports to the Vice President of National Sales.

You will identify opportunities, present the LLH Program, and manage a disciplined sales pipeline using virtual and in-person meetings. You will engage with brokers, business leaders, and universities to drive growth, while collaborating with leaders to tailor solutions and close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Proven B2B sales record with quotas achieved and pipeline management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required licenses within training period.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Learn and confidently present the LLH Healthcare Program to organizational leadership.
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline from discovery through close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions and strategies.
