Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to lead analytical initiatives that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight and regulatory compliance. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop performance metrics, and produce reports to guide decisions and improvement efforts.

You will audit delegated programs, evaluate performance against standards, and support state and federal audits, including documentation and data validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Experience auditing or regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight and compliance.
• Develop performance metrics and reports to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of delegated programs and assess compliance with standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate responses to audit inquiries with stakeholders and delegates.
