Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, and data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply automation/data-validation tools.
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Build client relationships and communicate quality status to executives.
