Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring small QA teams through SDLC.
• Experience with data validation, ETL, and data-flow testing in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Define data testing strategy and oversee planning, estimation, execution, metrics and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools.
• Utilize healthcare data knowledge across claims, membership, provider, and care management.
• Lead risk identification, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives and clients.
