enGen is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise who can define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

In this remote, US-wide position, you will drive data validation, oversee SQL and ETL testing, guide test data management, and mentor QA staff.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of project management experience.
• 3 years of experience delivering excellent customer service and meeting client expectations.
• 3 years leading and mentoring QA testers and Associate Quality Leads through all SDLC phases.

• Define data testing strategy and oversee validation across data flows and platforms.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
