Job summary

enGen is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise. You will define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate data-quality risks into business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

The position emphasizes delivery leadership across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness, with a focus on healthcare data and cross-functional collaboration at executive levels.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management, timelines, and resource handling.
• 3 years of delivering excellent customer service and meeting client expectations.
• 3 years of leading and mentoring QA teams through SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL/database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools.
• Understand healthcare data including claims, membership, provider, and care management.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, manage defects, and perform root-cause analyses.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Build client relationships and communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
