Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project leadership and client service experience.
• Substitutions: relevant experience and/or education in lieu of bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Define data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and data-validation tools.
• Understand healthcare data including claims, membership, provider, and care management.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives.
