Job summary

enGen is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise who can define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

You will drive data validation across SQL databases, ETL and data-flow testing, and guide test data management with automation tools.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience leading timelines and resources.
3+ years of customer service experience meeting client expectations.
3+ years of leading and mentoring QA teams through the SDLC, coaching QA testers.

Responsibilities

Strategy and oversight: lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics and reporting.
Data validation: oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration and end-to-end data-flow testing.
Test data and tools: guide test data management and apply automation and data-validation tools.
Healthcare expertise: understand claims, membership, provider and care management data.
Risk and bug: lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management and root-cause analysis.
Delivery leadership: drive quality across SDLC, Agile delivery and release readiness.
Stakeholder leadership: build client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate quality status to executives.
