Job summary

enGen is seeking a Quality Lead with strong data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise who can define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, guide technical teams, and translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

You will drive data validation across SQL, ETL, data migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing, mentor QA teams, and communicate quality status to executives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project leadership and resource management experience.
• 3 years of customer service experience and client expectation management.
• 3 years of leading and mentoring QA teams through all SDLC phases.
• Healthcare data-domain knowledge across claims, membership, provider, and care management.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for data testing and oversee planning, estimation, execution, quality metrics, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL, database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and data-flow testing.
• Guide test data management and use data-validation tools and automation.
• Communicate quality status and business impact to executives and stakeholders.
