Job summary

enGen is seeking a Quality Lead to define data-testing strategy and oversee end-to-end quality in healthcare data projects. The role guides technical teams and translates data-quality risks into clear business impacts, without requiring daily hands-on testing.

You will lead data testing strategy, oversee SQL validation, ETL, and data migrations, and work with executives to communicate quality status and risk across SDLC.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively
• 3 Years of demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations
• 3 Years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC; ability to coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting
• Oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration, and data-flow testing
• Guide test data management and test automation tools
• Understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and defect management
• Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness
• Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives
