Job summary

enGen is seeking a Quality Lead with data-testing leadership and healthcare domain expertise to define strategy, oversee end-to-end quality activities, and translate data-quality risks into business impacts. The role does not require day-to-day hands-on test execution.

The ideal candidate will guide SQL and data validation, ETL testing, and data-flow validation across healthcare datasets, while leading cross-functional teams and communicating status to executives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management, timelines, and resources experience.
• 3 years of delivering excellent customer service and meeting client expectations.
• 3 years leading and mentoring QA teams through all SDLC phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Oversee SQL and data validation across ETL and data flows.
• Guide test data management and validation tools.
• Translate healthcare data risks into business impacts for executives.
• Drive quality across SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
• Build cross-functional relationships and communicate status to stakeholders.
