Job summary

enGen is seeking a Quality Lead to define strategy and oversee end-to-end quality activities in a healthcare data environment. The role focuses on guiding technical teams and translating data-quality risks into business impacts; day-to-day hands-on testing is not required.

The candidate will oversee data validation, ETL, migration, and data-flow testing, with leadership across SDLC and Agile delivery. Remote position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects, timelines and resources
• 3+ years delivering excellent customer service and meeting client expectations
• 3+ years leading and mentoring QA teams through SDLC; coaching QA testers and associate leads

Responsibilities

• Strategy and oversight: lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics and reporting
• Data validation: oversee SQL/database validation, ETL, migration and end-to-end data-flow testing
• Test data and tools: guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools
• Healthcare expertise: understand claims, membership, provider, and care management data
• Risk and bug: lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis
• Delivery leadership: drive quality across SDLC, Agile delivery and release readiness
• Stakeholder leadership: build client relationships and communicate quality status to executives
