Job summary

MedQuest Imaging is seeking a customer service focused candidate to support our outpatient imaging operations from a remote home office in Oregon. You will handle patient calls, inquiries, scheduling, and insurance coordination to help ensure smooth exams.

Starting pay is $18.50–$19.75 per hour with a Monday–Friday day shift. Training is four weeks, followed by a standard 8:30/9:00 am – 5:30/5:30 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls; assist customers with inquiries and issues; maintain detailed records of interactions; meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with insurance verification and pre-certification to assist patients with questions; work with center staff to coordinate STAT add-on exams.
• Maintain scheduling knowledge and requirements for procedures; seek guidance when uncertain of procedure.
• Solicit feedback from supervisor to assess quality and effectiveness of work; participate in continuous improvement.
