Medasource is seeking a remote Imaging Scheduler to join a fast-paced Patient Access team. You will coordinate imaging appointments across hospitals and outpatient facilities, serving as the first point of contact for patients.

This high-volume call center role is fully remote, with a 6-month contract-to-hire path and an ASAP start. The pay rate is $19 per hour. A high school diploma and strong customer service abilities are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable with a stable employment history.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of inbound patient calls with excellent service.
• Schedule imaging appointments, procedures, and visits per guidelines.
• Accurately collect and enter patient demographics, insurance, and billing info.
• Provide appointment details and preparation instructions.
• Explain copays and financial responsibilities when needed.
• Coordinate with clinical departments and internal teams to support scheduling.
