Job summary

Handle incoming calls, research inquiries, document details, and aim for high quality and customer satisfaction daily. Prior healthcare or call center experience is a plus, 1 year minimum, with reliable attendance and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Must have reliable attendance with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
• Work-from-home with a private, dedicated workspace.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
