Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Onboarding & Healthcare Credentialing Coordinator to manage high-volume credentialing and onboarding for clinical staff. Operating completely remotely, you will ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with HR and clinic leadership to keep start dates on track.

Responsibilities include end-to-end credentialing, license and background checks, drug screenings, and maintaining audit-ready files in UKG or Phenom.

Qualifications

• Credentialing experience in healthcare within the last 6 months (required).
• Regulatory knowledge of healthcare compliance, background checks, and license verification (required).
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems like UKG or Phenom (required).
• Vendor background screening tools such as Sterling or First Advantage (highly preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing and onboarding for healthcare staff with rapid turnaround.
• Verify licenses, certifications, background checks, drug screens, and employment history.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and clinic leadership to resolve onboarding blockers.
• Utilize HRIS/ATS platforms to track progress, archive documents, and audit files.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates through prescreening and credentialing milestones.
