Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for a fully remote role across multiple states. You will manage onboarding, documentation collection, and ongoing credentialing tasks for providers, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate licensing research, verifications, and payer enrollment while supporting cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date credentials and registrations for telehealth providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• 2+ years in credentialing or payer enrollment.
• Experience with CAQH attestation and delegated credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new providers from notification to Medallion profile.
• Request documentation (CAQH, PECOS, licenses, registrations) and track completion.
• Explain credentialing requirements via calls and texts to keep process moving.
• Research licensing requirements across provider types (MD/DO/NP/PA) and market.
• Monitor primary source verifications (NPI, NPDB, Medicare/Medicaid, DEA, OIG).
• Coordinate with broker to add providers to malpractice policy and upload documents to CAQH.
• Manage payer enrollment and verify effective dates and IDs.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and re-attest as needed.
• Support multi-state and telehealth licensing and registrations.
• Facilitate state registrations and CMS/PECOS enrollment.
