Job summary

DAP Health is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage onboarding, credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging for clinical staff in a fully remote role. You will ensure document collection, organization, and verification in alignment with HRSA standards while supporting cross‑department collaboration.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of clinical credentialing experience, familiarity with MD Staff or similar software, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical credentialing.
• Experience with credentialing software such as MD Staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations related to credentialing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and credentialing for new staff with clear communication.
• Collect, verify, and track required documents (IDs, licenses, certifications).
• Maintain logs, checklists, and databases for credentialing activities.
• Support audit readiness for HRSA visits and FTCA requirements.
