Qualifications

• High-volume healthcare credentialing experience required (e.g., onboarding, licensure, background checks).
• Experience with healthcare credentialing processes and compliance is essential.
• Familiarity with UKG, Phenom or similar HRIS/ATS preferred; Sterling/First Advantage experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle remote onboarding and credentialing for healthcare candidates at scale.
• Maintain deadlines and audit readiness for credentialing workflows.
• Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, HR, Talent Acquisition, payroll, and clinic leadership.
• Troubleshoot onboarding/credentialing issues and work independently with minimal training.
