Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in medical charge entry, billing, or revenue cycle in healthcare.
• Experience with outpatient specialties preferred.
• Proficient in CPT/ICD-10 and modifiers usage is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Enter charges, demographics, and insurance data into PM/EHR systems quickly and accurately.
• Review encounters, superbills, and charge tickets for completeness and correct fee schedules.
• Verify eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and patient responsibility details.
• Identify missing documentation or coding issues and flag for clarification.
• Perform daily charge audits and reconcile batches with provider schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
