Job summary

Prevounce Health, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Charge Entry Specialist to join our Indianapolis team.

You will accurately enter and submit high-volume medical charges for RPM and CCM programs using NextGen practice management software. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of charge entry experience, strong Medicare billing knowledge, and a proven ability to verify demographics and codes before submission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of charge entry/data entry experience.
• Hands-on experience with NextGen software.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare billing guidelines for RPM/CCM.
• Coding certification (CPC/CPC-A/RHIT/CCS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Charge Entry: accurately enter and submit daily charges and professional claims for RPM and CCM services using NextGen.
• Code Implementation: apply CPT/HCPCS codes into the billing system.
• Data Verification: review demographics, provider info, and care management codes before submission.
• Claim Edits & Pre-Submission Corrections: fix front-end errors to minimize rejections.
• Documentation: maintain clean, organized electronic records.
