Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with good grammar.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from patients, law offices, insurers to resolve billing issues.
• Make outbound and take inbound calls to resolve balances and aging accounts.
• Answer complex billing and insurance questions (deductibles, co-pays, denials).
• Review financial information and suggest payment options or assistance programs.
• Handle objections and guide consumers toward payment resolutions.
• Work within client and internal systems to document notes and codes.
