Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States. You will lead audits, develop performance metrics, and ensure compliance across delegated programs to support regulatory standards and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong data interpretation and metric development skills.
• Experience with audits and regulatory reviews.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights from delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against standards.
• Coordinate government audit support and data validation for DHS/CMS.
• Manage audit requests, provide timely, well-supported responses.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration through root-cause analysis.
