You will transform data into actionable insights, develop metrics, and support audits for DHS/CMS and delegated partners.

The role is fully remote for eligible states, with a salary range of $70,200–$120,400 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to design and maintain performance metrics and reports across delegated programs.
• Experience coordinating audits and regulatory reporting with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights for delegated entities.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate responses to audit inquiries with delegates and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies through root-cause analysis and drive data integrity across systems.
