Responsibilities

• Manages budgets and financial assets to achieve objectives.
• Directs work of employees including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Manages relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors as applicable.
• Communicates with staff and allocates resources to projects for timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinates interdependencies and requirements with other teams and stakeholders.
• Provides training opportunities to staff for competencies.
• Ensures adherence to defined support and service management practices.
• Manages SLAs/OLAs and related metrics for assigned applications.
• Coordinates across IS teams to test solutions and resolve incidents to root cause.
