Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or computer technology required.
• Four years healthcare or computer technology experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience in a team-oriented healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day operations for a department/team.
• Plan and manage operating and capital budgets within approved parameters.
• Direct hiring, goal setting, coaching, and performance management of staff.
• Manage customer, stakeholder, and vendor relationships and expectations.
• Communicate with staff and allocate resources to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate interdependencies and requirements with other teams and stakeholders.
• Provide training opportunities to staff on applications and processes.
• Ensure adherence to incident, request, problems, and change control practices.
• Develop and monitor SLAs, OLAs, and metrics for assigned applications.
• Lead root-cause analysis and process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain technical support documentation and staff training materials.
