Intermountain Health is seeking an Applications Systems Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a defined set of clinical, administrative, or financial applications across hospitals and clinics. The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, training, and process improvement within Intermountain's IS strategy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or computer technology from accredited institution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day operations management for a department of staff.
• Plan and manage daily operations within departmental budgets.
• Direct work of employees including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage customer, stakeholder, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate interdependencies with other project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide training opportunities to staff.
• Ensure adherence to Intermountain service management practices.
• Facilitate SLAs and metrics definition/monitoring.
• Coordinate across IS teams to resolve incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
