Job summary

Future is building a personalized, coaching-led health experience delivered virtually to a national audience. The Health Coach (1099, full-time) will manage a caseload, guide members from onboarding through milestones, and translate personal goals and health data into tailored plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

You’ll use AI tools and secure messaging to support members, relying on NBC‑HWC credentials, strong communication, and a client‑centered approach to drive lasting

Qualifications

• Full board certification through NBC‑HWC.
• Associate’s degree or higher or equivalent coaching path.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of members and guide progress milestones.
• Coach across nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery via virtual sessions and messaging.
• Translate goals and data into personalized plans with AI tooling support.
• Engage with members to maintain warmth, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Track progress and celebrate consistency in behavior change.
