Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach contractor to guide members through personalized plans in nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery. You will tailor coaching using data and AI tools, and stay connected via virtual sessions and messaging.

As an NBC-HWC-certified professional with 2+ years of client-facing coaching, you’ll work remotely from approved states and help members build lasting habits that fit their goals and life pace.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Warm, clear and personable communication on messaging while remaining professional.
• Coaches meet members where they are and help build lasting habits across nutrition, movement, sleep and stress.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of members and guide them from onboarding to milestones.
• Conduct virtual kickoff and regular check-ins via messaging and sessions.
• Translate member goals and data into personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to support behavior change.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the coaching program and member experience.
