Future is building a personalized health coaching platform. We seek a Health Coach to manage a member caseload, deliver high-touch, data-informed guidance, and coach via messaging and virtual sessions. You will translate goals and data into actionable plans with AI tooling.

We offer a remote, contract role with state-based eligibility, competitive hourly pay, equity, health coverage, and a growth-focused environment for coaches with NBC-HWC credentials and client-facing experience.

Qualifikationen

• NBC-HWC certification required.
• Associate's degree or higher; relevant experience accepted.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training.
• Strong communication and ability to coach via messaging.
• Experience synthesizing health data from apps/devices.

Aufgaben

• Own a caseload of members and guide progress milestones.
• Run virtual kickoff and check-in sessions with members.
• Build personalized data-informed plans with AI tooling.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening.
• Track progress and celebrate behavior and consistency wins.
• Collaborate with the team to shape ongoing program development.
• Engage with the community, contribute to projects and feedback.
