Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Health System Implementation Program Manager to lead large-scale pharmacy buildout and services implementations for client partners in the US. You will define scope, develop detailed plans, and manage budgets and timelines, collaborating with executives, clients, and vendors to ensure delivery within agreed parameters.

This remote, home-based role requires strong PM skills, risk and change management, and the ability to drive programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or similar discipline.
• PMP/MPM/CSM certifications preferred.
• 5–7 years of related project/program management experience.
• Deep experience in managing complex or transformational programs.
• Proven client-facing with strong executive presence.
• Program implementation experience in healthcare/pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with leadership for long-range plans and initiatives.
• Create and drive program and project plans across stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Develop processes and tools where none exist and socialize requirements.
• Lead large cross-functional meetings and coordinate with clients.
• Manage scope, schedule, costs, risks, and performance metrics.
• Provide financials, budgeting, forecasting, and earned value tracking.
