Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Senior 340B Client Success Analyst to lead or support deployment of 340B split-billing software for covered entities, ensuring accurate configuration and compliance. The role is remote, home-based with HIPAA-compliant setup; you will mentor junior analysts, coordinate data feeds, and support HRSA audits and ongoing program optimization.

You will collaborate with pharmacy, IT, revenue cycle, and compliance teams, monitor post-deployment performance, and stay current on HRSA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, business, health informatics, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in 340B program administration or related field; leading deployments required.
• Strong knowledge of 340B program mechanics, data structures, and HIPAA/privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end deployment of 340B split-billing software for covered entities.
• Serve as lead analyst on complex deployments and mentor junior analysts.
• Configure and validate 340B eligibility logic and data feeds.
• Coordinate onboarding of contract pharmacies and data feeds.
• Analyze claims and eligibility data to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Support HRSA audits and compliance documentation.
