Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Senior Project Manager for HC Implementations to plan, facilitate, and document all aspects of complex pharmacy operations projects. You will work with Pharmacy Operations Leadership and cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, a background in healthcare or pharmacy, and strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience & education.
• 5+ years of project management experience; experience in construction and/or healthcare or pharmacy with PMP certification preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Ability to influence others in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and MS Project skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Define requirements, objectives, and project success criteria.
• Develop the project charter and integrated delivery plan.
• Document risks, issues, assumptions, actions, decisions and questions.
• Produce meeting notes and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Adhere to project management methodologies and standards.
