Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy operations and patient data entry.

Responsibilities

• Obtain copy of prescription drug card and file in electronic chart.
• Verify accuracy of patient demographics in the system.
• Set up copay assistance and foundation support when needed.
• Process daily orders and communicate with patients, prescribers, and sales teams.
• Contact patients to schedule initial shipments.
• Educate patients on device maintenance as directed by pharmacists.
