VytlOne is seeking a Remote Managed Care Coordinator to support their Specialty Pharmacy team by coordinating patient benefits, authorizing services, and tracking progress with prescribers and pharmacy staff.

Ideal candidates will have HS Diploma/GED with healthcare experience, strong communication and math skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Competitive benefits are offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong mathematical and numeric calculation abilities are required for discounts and fees.
• Experience coordinating patient care in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Eligibility for applicable State and Federal reimbursement programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute benefit investigations and verify primary, secondary, and tertiary insurances.
• Process prior authorizations with prescribers and track PA progress.
• Enter authorization tracking data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist in managing rejected claims and patient communications.
• Support pharmacy staff with list processing and RX setup tasks.
