Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our remote, nationwide sales team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships as you build a long-term career in insurance sales.

The position is fully remote within the continental United States with a path to advance into a full Sales Representative role, supported by structured training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations and eligibility requirements.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up activities, and account management tasks.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand industry knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Progress through a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
