Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This role offers a fully remote, nationwide opportunity designed as a developmental path in insurance sales, with hands-on training and mentorship to build a long-term career in the field.

You will learn underwriting basics, broker relationships, and the sales process while supporting the team in outreach, RFPs, and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with insurance professionals and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training and on‑the‑job exposure.
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
