Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team and drive patient acquisition through outbound telemarketing. This full-time role offers a base + bonus structure and requires excellent communication and multitasking skills.

You will make 300+ outbound calls daily, qualify prospects, and schedule initial doctor appointments while meeting weekly quotas. Training is provided, with hours from 5 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in outbound call center or telemarketing sales.
• Strong communication, listening, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and meet quotas.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.
• US work authorization required.
• Base + bonus salary structure.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's unique proposition
• Utilize sales skill sets including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing
• Understand Medicare Basics and insurance
• Schedule initial doctor's appointments with new patients and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas
• Other duties, as assigned
